Fly Me To The Moon

Coffee, coffee, coffee! Our precious little addiction—we love to sip it in silence in the morning, mix it into the sweetest desserts and pour it into the tastiest cocktails.

When it comes to the latter, your first thought is probably the popular Espresso Martini. If creamy caffeine is your thing, let us introduce you to our rich, gin-based version of this legendary cocktail—one that will launch you into pure ecstasy.

Fasten your seatbelts, because we’re about to ‘Fly you to the Moon’!

 Ingredients

  • 40 ml Parson Cosy gin
  • 5 ml Mezcal 
  • 15 ml Cold brew
  • 15 ml Cinnamon infusion
  • 15 ml Apple pie syrup

 

Golden Milk foam:

  • 480 g Milk
  • 4 g Powdered turmeric
  • 0.2 g Powdered cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 35 g Honey
  • 10 g Coconut oil
  • 2 g Vanilla essence 
  • 0.8 g Methocel
  • 0.5 g Xanthan Gum

 

DECORATION:
Golden milk foam, as perfectly bright as a full moon.

PREPARATION:
Put all the ingredients into a cold shaker, then gently mix them using the throwing technique. Pour the cocktail into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with golden milk foam.

Golden Milk foam: Combine all the ingredients—except the Methocel and Xanthan Gum—in a pot and let simmer for 10 minutes over medium-low heat. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or coffee filter. If needed, strain again through a fresh cheesecloth for a smoother texture. Transfer the mixture to a blender, add the Methocel and Xanthan Gum and blitz for 30 seconds. Pour into an iSi siphon, charge with two cream chargers (N₂O). Keep refrigerated until needed.
