Cosynez

Ingredients

• 50 ml Parson Cosy Gin
• 25 ml sweet vermouth
• 1 bar spoon Maraschino Luxardo
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters

DECORATION:
  maraschino cherry

PREPARATION:  
Pour the ingredients into a cooled mixing glass. Add ice. Stir with a spoon for about 50 turns and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Decorate with a cherry on a cocktail stick.

FLAVOURS:
The aroma of Christmas spices from apples and maraschino cherries, whose taste enriches the whole experience already after the first sip of this cocktail. Apples and spices stay neatly on the palette, joined by the slight bitterness of bitters and vermouth. The aftertaste is long and smooth.
