Cosy Fashioned

Ingredients

• 50 ml Parson Cosy Gin
• 1 bar spoon maple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

DECORATION: 
Orange peel

PREPARATION 1:
Pour the ingredients into a chilled mixing glass and add ice. Stir with a spoon for about 50 turns and strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Decorate with a squeezed orange peel.

PREPARATION 2:
Pour the ingredients into a chilled Old Fashioned glass and add ice. Stir with a bar spoon and continuously add fresh ice as the old one melts. Make about 60 turns and add ice to the top of the glass. Decorate with a squeezed orange peel.

FLAVOURS:
Orange aroma with spices and apple. Sweet apple develops on a palette, where the full flavours of winter spices and the bitterness of bitters await, remaining together with the apple long after taking a sip.
