Apple Spark

It's interesting how small, ordinary things can trigger our memories. An item, a song, a smell, flavour... in the blink of a second, they can transport us to another place, another decade. Take a sip of our playful Apple Spark cocktail, and you're already on a high-speed train toward your sweet, naughty, and carefree childhood!

 Ingredients

• 40 ml Parson Cosy gin
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 5 ml Lemongrass syrup

• 5 ml Granny Smith puree

• 5 ml Vanilla syrup

• 2 rings of fresh chili

DECORATION:
Dehydrated apple and Pop Rocks popping candy

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients into a cooled shaker, mix well, then fine strain the cocktail into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Decorate with dehydrated apple and top with Pop Rocks.

The freshness of lemongrass, comforting aroma of the apple, and sweetness of vanilla blend into a perfectly balanced sweet and sour combination. Almost too perfect and smooth until... boom!!!
